Tottenham Hotspur have completed the acquisition of 20-year-old centre-back Kota Takai from Kawasaki Frontale, marking the second addition under newly appointed head coach Thomas Frank. The North London club had previously strengthened Frank's roster by securing a reduced-price transfer for Mathys Tel from Bayern Munich following an impressive
