Bradley Barcola looks set to be one of the most talked-about names shaping this summer's transfer market.
Having just claimed his second consecutive Champions League crown with Paris Saint-Germain, the 23-year-old has been at the center of transfer speculation amid growing questions about his long-term future in the French capital.
As PSG's fourth-choice attacker, reports indicate Barcola may be tempted by a move abroad this summer in search of more consistent playing time, with most of Europe's elite clubs expected to be monitoring such a gifted player who has yet to hit his ceiling.
The dynamic winger, who has racked up 60 goal contributions over the last two club seasons, has attracted attention from the Premier League—with Arsenal and Liverpool among the recent suitors—and elsewhere in previous windows, but PSG may finally be open to letting him go, particularly if they land Yan Diomande from RB Leipzig.
Here are five potential landing spots for Barcola should he depart the Parc des Princes.
5. Chelsea

It's almost a certainty that any exciting young talent will appear on Chelsea's radar: BlueCo's approach of acquiring the most promising players in world football is expected to continue into the Xabi Alonso era despite yielding limited results so far.
Barcola undeniably brings more experience and quality than many of Chelsea's recent signings, and there's little question that the French international, who is representing his country at this summer's World Cup, would be an instant upgrade on the club's existing wide options.
Following underwhelming debut campaigns from Alejandro Garnacho and Jamie Gittens, combined with the inconsistent showings of Pedro Neto and the inexperience of Estêvão, Chelsea may look to re-enter the wide forward market once more.
Few more attractive options exist than Barcola—assuming PSG sanction his exit—and the prospect of joining a top London club under Alonso's management could be a compelling proposition to resist.
4. Bayern Munich

Bayern are clearly on the lookout for a left winger capable of rotating with Luis Díaz next season. The Bundesliga title holders were keen to sign Anthony Gordon before his move to Barcelona, and recent reports have surfaced linking the German giants with Liverpool youngster Rio Ngumoha.
Ismael Saibari could be the answer for Bayern, with the versatile PSV Eindhoven forward reportedly close to joining Die Roten to strengthen an already formidable attack featuring Harry Kane, Michael Olise, Jamal Musiala and the aforementioned Díaz.
That said, Saibari is not a natural wide player, frequently operating in the No.10 position. Should Bayern still be seeking a more orthodox winger, Barcola is anticipated to feature on their shortlist.
Whether they possess the financial power to win the inevitable bidding war for Barcola is yet to be determined.
3. Manchester United

Manchester United would be wise to monitor Barcola's situation closely. The Red Devils must use this summer's window to strengthen a stretched squad ahead of next season's increased European commitments, and the left wing is one area crying out for reinforcement.
Currently, Matheus Cunha and Patrick Dorgu serve as unconventional options for the role under Michael Carrick, who will need a genuine specialist in that position next season if United are to sustain their recent resurgence.
United are expected to focus primarily on midfield signings this summer, but there must be scope for further additions. The left flank needs attention, as the club lacks a natural wide forward with the explosive pace and creativity required to trouble Premier League and European defenses.
PSG's asking price for Barcola could be a stumbling block. The Parisians are expected to demand upwards of $115 million (€100 million, £86 million) for his services, which will be difficult to accommodate alongside costly midfield investments, but Barcola could represent the ideal marquee signing.
2. Liverpool

Liverpool's pursuit of Barcola is nothing new. The Reds have been identified as one of the player's admirers this summer as they urgently look to reinforce their wide positions. Mohamed Salah's exit and the uncertainty surrounding Cody Gakpo's future make winger recruitment a top priority.
Liverpool have long had their eye on Barcola, with links surfacing consistently across previous transfer windows. The Merseysiders are also heavily involved in the transfer saga surrounding Diomande, the highly-rated Ivorian winger coveted by both them and PSG.
Diomande's next club will be crucial in determining Barcola's fate. Should PSG secure the Leipzig man, the path opens for Barcola to head to Anfield. If Liverpool win the race for Diomande, however, a major outlay on Barcola becomes far less likely.
With Barcola's future so closely intertwined with PSG's pursuit of Diomande, the transfer carousel could ultimately deliver him to Anfield. He would be a superb addition to Liverpool's ranks under Andoni Iraola.
1. Arsenal

Arsenal are another side looking to bolster their winger options, particularly on the left side—Barcola's favored position.
Gabriel Martinelli and Leandro Trossard delivered below-par seasons despite Arsenal's strong Premier League showing and run to the Champions League final, with a more impactful and clinical presence needed to elevate a forward line that lacks genuine star quality.
Alongside Liverpool, the Gunners have been identified as a potential destination for Barcola if he departs, and few clubs carry more appeal at this moment. Mikel Arteta has the platform to build something truly special at the Emirates Stadium, and landing Barcola would signal their ambition to maintain their grip on English football.
Arsenal recorded the highest net spend of any Premier League club last summer, but their rewarding 2025–26 campaign should provide the financial flexibility to invest heavily in the upcoming window. Offloading fringe players will further strengthen what could be a pivotal transfer period.
If Arsenal are serious about taking the next step under Arteta, elite attacking talent is a must. Barcola would inject the kind of flair and unpredictability their final third has been missing.
