Arsenal Unveils Breathtaking 2025-26 Third Kit That Brings Back Beloved 2000s Classic

Arsenal have revealed their brand-new 2025–26 third jersey, marking the 20th anniversary of their last campaign at Highbury.

The North London club has delivered impressive kit launches since returning to adidas in 2019, though supporters displayed exceptional enthusiasm for this season's third strip following leaked photos appearing online. This represents the sole design featuring a classic collar since their home jersey from the 2022–23 campaign.

The jersey draws inspiration from the 2007–08 design during Nike's sponsorship era. However, rather than utilizing a white foundation, this strip showcases a stencil-style graphic pattern incorporating the vintage club crest from 1936.

Arsenal have achieved marketing triumphs previously with retro-themed jerseys from the 1990s, though this launch aims to capitalize on what represents arguably a stylish period for the club.

The concept behind this fresh kit stems from Arsenal's former Highbury stadium. This season marks the 20th anniversary of the club's final campaign at their historic venue, with the new strip containing multiple references to Highbury's architectural elements.

"We understand how deeply Highbury resonates with our fans, it forms part of the club's DNA," Jurrien Timber commented. "I was raised watching icons like Freddie Ljungberg and Thierry Henry, and donning this jersey represents a method of paying tribute to that legacy while motivating future generations of Arsenal followers.

"It's a unique design, and I take pride in wearing it this season before our supporters."
