Bruno Fernandes Breaks Silence on Explosive Cristiano Ronaldo Reunion Rumors

Although Cristiano Ronaldo's Al Nassr has shown strong interest, Bruno Fernandes remains completely dedicated to Manchester United according to reports.
Al Nassr has been active in the transfer market following their disappointing third-place campaign last season. The Saudi Pro League club loaned out Jhon Durán to Fenerbahçe, secured Ronaldo's future with a profitable two-year extension, and brought in João Félix from Chelsea.
Latest reports suggest the club had targeted Fernandes, with Al Nassr head coach Jorge Jesus keen on bringing the Manchester United skipper to link up with his Portugal teammate Ronaldo once again.
However, according to Fabrizio Romano, no discussions exist between Al Nassr and Bruno Fernandes. The playmaker remains "concentrated" on Manchester United after previously rejecting advances from Al Hilal.
In June, the Saudi Pro League second-place finishers allegedly presented Fernandes with an attractive package to lure the 30-year-old from Old Trafford. ESPN reports that Al Hilal was prepared to spend approximately £100 million ($135 million) for the Portuguese star.

The potential move made Fernandes consider his options at the time, but he eventually reaffirmed his commitment to Manchester United.
"That opportunity existed, Al Hilal's president contacted me a month ago regarding this matter. I needed time to consider my future," Fernandes stated before Portugal's Nations League semifinal against Germany.
"As I've consistently mentioned, I would be open to it if Man Utd felt it was right. I discussed it with manager Ruben Amorim, who during this entire period encouraged me to stay," Fernandes added. "The club indicated they weren't willing to sell me unless I wanted to depart, stating it wasn't about money."
Fernandes's stance regarding the Al Hilal offer appears to extend to Al Nassr as well, despite the additional appeal of partnering with Ronaldo regularly. The Portuguese midfielder stays devoted to Manchester United, particularly following such a difficult 2024–25 campaign.
The squad has brought in new players Matheus Cunha and Bryan Mbeumo, and these two acquisitions are already helping Manchester United perform like a "transformed team," according to Ruben Amorim. As the Red Devils' leader, Fernandes aims to guide his squad back to success after a 15th-place Premier League finish last season.
