Christian Pulisic Breaks Silence on Al Nassr's Million-Dollar Pursuit

Christian Pulisic has allegedly declined to move to Al Nassr in the Saudi Pro League, even though the transfer would have given him the chance to team up with Cristiano Ronaldo.
Following a difficult period at Chelsea, Pulisic has been thriving at AC Milan, recording 55 goal contributions in his 100 appearances for the Italian Serie A side to date.
This impressive form caught the eye of Al Nassr from the Saudi Pro League, where footballers can secure massive deals thanks to the nation's vast financial resources and tax-free employment income.
However, according to Italian publication Corriere dello Sport, Pulisic has rejected the opportunity to potentially transfer to Saudi Arabia, being described as "extremely content at Milan currently."
Over recent months, Pulisic is believed to have been in discussions regarding a new deal with Milan—valid through 2029—that would include a substantial salary increase. Yet no extension has been finalized and his existing agreement expires on June 30, 2027.

While Pulisic has performed well individually, Milan endured a frustrating eighth-place finish in Serie A last campaign, failing to qualify for any European competition, including the Champions League. However, the Rossoneri identified a chance to recruit accomplished winner Luka Modrić, who refuses to accept such standards.
"AC Milan cannot accept average results," the 39-year-old stated in his inaugural interview with Milan's official media team. "We need to establish the most ambitious objectives possible: claiming trophies and challenging the world's elite clubs."
Igli Tare has introduced renewed vigor and vision as sporting director while Massimiliano Allegri has returned as manager, 11 years following his departure from the club during his initial tenure.
The desire for improvement is evident and Pulisic seems to be embracing that vision as well.
