After watching Mohamed Salah shine for Liverpool over the past nine years, fans have just two months left to savor the club legend before he wears a red shirt for the very last time.
The Egyptian attacker confirmed his exit from Anfield at the conclusion of the 2025–26 season following a storied career at Liverpool. Widely considered one of the greatest players in the club's history, as well as in Premier League history, Salah's farewell signals the close of an era on Merseyside.
Now, the countdown has begun to the 33-year-old's "lasts" at Liverpool—his last goal, his last assist, his last trophy and, most significantly, his last match.
When Is Salah's Final Liverpool Game?

Salah's final Premier League appearance for Liverpool arrives—fittingly enough—on the last day of the season at Anfield. The Reds are scheduled to host Brentford on Sunday, May 24, wrapping up what has been a disappointing title defense.
The fixture will undoubtedly be the last occasion Salah steps onto the pitch in front of the home Liverpool faithful as a Liverpool player. If he chooses to move to the Saudi Pro League or MLS next season, it could also mark the final time the winger ever plays at Anfield in his career.
Salah has featured eight times against the Bees, netting on seven occasions. One of those strikes came during the Reds' 3–2 loss to Brentford back in October, a result Arne Slot's side will be desperate to avenge in the return fixture, particularly given that it also serves as Salah's grand farewell.
One More Liverpool Game Could Be on the Horizon for Salah

Even once the Premier League campaign wraps up, there may be one additional match awaiting Slot's squad: the Champions League final. Should the Reds secure their place in Budapest, Salah will pull on the red shirt one final time on the grandest stage of all.
The final is set to take place on Saturday, May 30. Liverpool face a challenging path to the Puskás Aréna, however, beginning with a clash against reigning cup holders Paris Saint-Germain in the quarterfinals.
If they manage to eliminate PSG, they would then face either Bayern Munich or Real Madrid in the semifinals. The final itself is likely to feature Barcelona or Arsenal as the opposition.
The caliber of European heavyweights standing in their path makes it somewhat unlikely that Liverpool, who currently occupy fifth place in the Premier League, could mount a run to Budapest—but perhaps there is still a touch of magic left in Salah's left foot to help the club conjure a miracle.
