What's Next for the USMNT?
The USMNT is only midway through its packed September-October international window, with two additional fixtures still to come following the clashes against Peru and Chile.
Pochettino's players are now preparing for a pair of matches against neighboring rivals, beginning with a heated showdown against Mexico on Oct. 3 in Glendale, Arizona. The international break wraps up on Oct. 6 against Canada in St. Paul, Minn. Jesse Marsch's Canadian side is riding high after its historic World Cup run over the summer.
Competitive action also looms for the USMNT. Come November, the team will enter the Concacaf Nations League quarterfinals, aiming to advance to the semifinals and finals scheduled for March 2027.
