EA Sports FC 26 Ultimate Scream enhancement mechanics may be puzzling certain players as they attempt to obtain the newest promotional items.

Ultimate Scream, a beloved community favorite, made its comeback in FC 26 Ultimate Team following several years of absence. This Halloween-inspired event introduces fresh players obtainable through packs, Squad Building Challenges, objectives, Evolutions and additional content.

What distinguishes Ultimate Scream from other events is its enhancement mechanism. Items are scheduled to obtain two rounds of improvements later this year along with a special temporary enhancement.

How FC 26 Ultimate Scream Enhancement System Functions

Additionally, on each enhancement date, items will obtain a temporary 99 enhancement to one primary card attribute. This could be pace, shooting, passing, dribbling, defending or physicality. These enhancements will remain active for seven days.

After each seven-day duration concludes, items will return to their previous state. This creates a werewolf-style enhancement that aligns with the lunar theme.

Do Ultimate Scream Evolutions Qualify for Enhancements?

Evolution enthusiasts will be disappointed to learn that Ultimate Scream evolutions do not qualify for any of the previously mentioned enhancements. They are exclusively reserved for promotional items obtained through packs, SBCs or objectives.

This evolution limitation applies to items that have either been enhanced through an evolution pathway or received a cosmetic modification.

Will There be an FC 26 Ultimate Scream Team 2?

Community sources have suggested a second Ultimate Scream squad launching in packs on Friday, Oct. 31. However, official announcement has not yet been made.
