Liverpool Drops Stunning New Adidas Kit Collection for 2025-26 Campaign

Liverpool have unveiled their inaugural home and away jerseys as part of their brand-new collaboration with adidas for the 2025–26 campaign.

The Merseyside club hasn't donned adidas apparel since 2012, having maintained manufacturing partnerships with Warrior, New Balance and Nike, but confirmed in March their return to adidas for the forthcoming season.

After sporting Nike uniforms with provisional squad numbers during early pre-season training, Liverpool will now transition to their fresh attire which has become available for purchase.

The home jersey features a classic red foundation with signature adidas elements in white, while the away strip adopts a more heritage-inspired design.

A cream-colored foundation is enhanced by black and red accents. Liverpool's club badge is enclosed within a shield design, taking inspiration from Anfield's Main Stand architecture from 1906. Both jerseys display the 97 symbol encircled by eternal flames on the collar.

Alongside the launch, Liverpool also announced a commitment to contribute all proceeds to the club's official charity, the LFC Foundation, for supporters who wish to honor Diogo Jota by adding his name and number to their jerseys.

"This represents more than simply unveiling new apparel—it signifies the start of a decade-long partnership between LFC and adidas," stated Ben Latty, chief commercial officer. "Following the partnership announcement in March, there has been tremendous anticipation and enthusiasm. This inaugural collection establishes the standard for future seasons."

Sam Handy, GM at adidas football, commented: "adidas returning to Liverpool FC represents a significant milestone for our organization. Witnessing our legendary three stripes gracing Liverpool FC jerseys once more fills us with immense pride.

"The Home jersey authentically captures Liverpool's essence—elegant and refined, while the away jersey honors the club's storied heritage. Speaking for everyone at adidas, this marks merely the beginning of an extraordinary partnership and we're tremendously enthusiastic about future developments."

Supporters will witness the new home jersey's debut during the friendly doubleheader against Athletic Club at Anfield on August 4. The away kit will premiere in Liverpool Women's pre-season match against Aston Villa on August 9, with Arne Slot's squad wearing the jersey one day later for the Community Shield.
