A pair of friendly fixtures against Italian club Como will wrap up Liverpool's preseason preparations for the 2026–27 campaign.
The two sides played to a goalless stalemate earlier on Sunday but return to the pitch just hours later, giving more players valuable minutes and putting the final touches on their readiness for the upcoming season.
It has been a challenging summer for new Liverpool boss Andoni Iraola. Following wins over Sunderland and Wrexham, the Reds endured heavy losses to both Leeds United and Monaco, after which the manager acknowledged his squad were still lacking in physical sharpness.
