Man City Face Goalkeeper Revolution as Ederson Attracts First Bid While Donnarumma Emerges as Star Replacement

Galatasaray have submitted an offer to acquire Manchester City's goalkeeper Ederson, according to recent reports.
While Ederson previously denied transfer rumors during the Club World Cup, he is now reportedly open to departing the Etihad Stadium, especially with James Trafford's arrival adding more competition for playing time.
As reported by Fabrizio Romano, Galatasaray has submitted a €10 million (£8.6 million, $11.7 million) proposal and are currently in discussions with City to reach a deal for the Brazilian shot-stopper.
The proposal is understood to be lower than City's valuation, but negotiations continue for a transfer that could enable Pep Guardiola's team to pursue Paris Saint-Germain's Gianluigi Donnarumma.
Donnarumma finds himself sidelined at PSG due to his contract situation and is anticipated to join a Premier League club, with City reportedly showing more interest than Chelsea or Manchester United, both of whom have been connected to the Italian keeper.

Before City's Premier League season opener against Wolverhampton Wanderers on Saturday, Guardiola confirmed he still considers Ederson his first-choice goalkeeper.
"Currently, Eddy [remains the starter]," Guardiola stated.
"Ederson hasn't approached me saying he wishes to depart or has received an offer. All our squad members belong to us and I value them. What will transpire in the next three weeks [before the transfer window ends], no one can predict."
Beyond Ederson, City are also concerned about winger Savinho's situation, as Tottenham Hotspur have shown interest, but Guardiola, who is willing to sell any player requesting a move, confirmed that neither Brazilian has expressed a wish to leave.
"Should they wish to depart, they will approach me," he explained. "If they want to leave, they will come to my office."
