The mood is electric on the Sky Blue side of Manchester, as City look to head into the first international break with their perfect record still intact.

CM: Ayyoub Bouaddi—The young Moroccan midfielder looks ready to earn his first Premier League start, having made a confident beginning to his time in Manchester.
RW: Rayan Cherki—Cherki was given 45 minutes to shine against second-tier Norwich City during the week, finding the net in the process. With Nunes pushing forward and tracking back, the Frenchman will have the freedom to cut inside from the right wing.
AM: Enzo Fernández—With Maresca reshaping things in Foden's absence, Fernández could be handed a more advanced midfield role. The City manager transformed the Argentine into a dynamic box-to-box threat during their time together at Chelsea.
LW: Antoine Semenyo—Semenyo was instrumental in helping City push forward after being reduced to 10 men at Old Trafford. The dynamic here should differ, with the Ghanaian looking to build on his strong start to the campaign despite the potential return of Jérémy Doku.
ST: Erling Haaland—Sunderland are among the very few Premier League sides Haaland has yet to score against. City's prolific striker drew a blank in both meetings with them last season.
