Michael Olise etched his name in history as the player with the highest assist tally in a single World Cup tournament since official records began, adding two more contributions in Saturday's third-place playoff.
The French superstar arrived at Saturday's fixture with five assists already to his credit, but set up both of Kylian Mbappé's goals in a thrilling 6–4 loss to England, finishing the tournament with a remarkable seven assists in total.
