Parking Fees for 2026 FIFA World Cup May Eclipse Stadium Ticket Prices
FIFA has officially begun selling parking spaces near 2026 World Cup venues for up to $175 per space, contributing to the extraordinary costs fans will face to attend the upcoming tournament across the United States, Canada and Mexico.
The world soccer governing organization has launched a platform, supported by JustPark, allowing fans to book and buy parking spaces well ahead of time to secure spots at stadiums across all three host nations.
Several cities, including Atlanta, Mexico City and Toronto, have yet to release pricing or available spaces for reservation. However, supporters planning to attend games in Miami, Kansas City, Boston, Dallas, or Philadelphia can secure their parking today.
Costs differ based on the venue and match type. For instance, a group stage game in Kansas City requires $75 per space. In Philadelphia, parking for a similar group stage match costs $115.
Elimination round pricing climbs even higher. Reserving parking near Gillette Stadium in Massachusetts for quarterfinal matches costs $145 per spot. Fans driving to AT&T Stadium in Texas for semifinal games must pay $175 for parking.
Supporters traveling to Hard Rock Stadium in Miami for the third-place playoff on July 18 will also pay $175 to secure advance parking reservations.
Parking costs for MetLife Stadium in East Rutherford, which will host the 2026 World Cup championship match, remain unavailable. The six host cities in Mexico and Canada have also not released their pricing.
Currently, the precise locations of these parking spaces relative to the stadiums remain undisclosed. A JustPark customer service representative informed The Athletic: "Parking facilities and spaces will be assigned closer to the event date. … Specific parking location details and schedules will be confirmed through email well before the match."
Public transit represents another option for reaching World Cup venues, although certain locations, such as Hard Rock Stadium, present challenges for public transportation access.
2026 World Cup Costs Continue Climbing

The introduction of such steep parking charges at certain World Cup locations further compounds the unprecedented costs for attending matches next summer.
Admission to the first U.S. men's national team game in Los Angeles spans from $560 to $2,735. The tournament's opening match in Mexico will cost supporters between $370 and $1,825.
Nevertheless, some group stage contests offer tickets starting at $60, meaning securing a parking space, even at the minimum available rate of $75, could actually exceed the cost of game admission.
Similar to parking, ticket costs escalate beyond group play. The most affordable ticket for the championship match at MetLife stadium starts at $2,030, excluding resale markups.
