Premier League Legends Battle for 2025 Hall of Fame Glory: Meet the Star-Studded Nominees

The Premier League has announced the 15 candidates shortlisted for induction into the Hall of Fame for 2025.
Created in 2021, the Hall of Fame honors legendary figures who have left a lasting mark on the competition's legacy, either through playing more than 250 matches or achieving significant silverware.
Sir Alex Ferguson and Arsène Wenger were welcomed in 2023 and remain the sole managerial representatives, alongside 22 legendary players who have been honored thus far. Two additional inductees will be selected from the current list of 15 candidates.
From this group, 13 carry over from last year's 2024 nominations. Players including Michael Owen, Nemanja Vidić and Gary Neville are vying for their deserved places in the Hall of Fame, with selections determined through fan voting combined with choices made by the current 24 members.
The two fresh additions are Patrice Evra, who claimed five Premier League titles with Manchester United, and Teddy Sheringham, another three-time champion with the Red Devils. Sheringham accumulated an impressive 417 Premier League appearances during his time with United, Nottingham Forest, Tottenham Hotspur, Portsmouth and West Ham United.
A ceremony will take place on November 4, where the two successful candidates will be revealed.
