PSG Face Off Against Arsenal: Stars Revealed for Epic Champions League Final Showdown

Paris Saint-Germain and Arsenal have both confirmed their starting elevens for the 2025–26 Champions League final.

PSG entered the match largely free of injury concerns, with their matchday squad confirming that key players Achraf Hakimi and Ousmane Dembélé had overcome fitness issues that had troubled them in the weeks leading up to the final.

Both players feature in Luis Enrique's starting eleven. Hakimi will operate down the right flank alongside Désiré Doué, while Dembélé spearheads an attack that also includes the electrifying Khvicha Kvaratskhelia.

Vitinha, João Neves and Fabián form PSG's midfield trio and will look to dominate the ball against an Arsenal side that has made no secret of its self-belief in the lead-up to this showpiece occasion.

Havertz Starts in Attack

Kai Havertz

The standout selection from Mikel Arteta comes up front, where Kai Havertz — who scored in Chelsea's Champions League victory five years ago — earns the starting spot ahead of high-profile signing Viktor Gyökeres.

Academy product Myles Lewis-Skelly has been handed the most significant start of his young career, and in his preferred midfield role at that. He lines up alongside Declan Rice and skipper Martin Ødegaard.

Noni Madueke was cleared of his injury concern from the final matchday of the season, but he is nevertheless named among the substitutes to accommodate the return of Bukayo Saka, who starts on the opposite flank to Leandro Trossard.

Arteta had suggested right back Jurriën Timber would be ready to start despite nearly three months sidelined with a groin problem, yet the Dutchman finds himself on the bench. With Ben White still unavailable, Cristhain Mosquera continues in the right back role for Arsenal.

Much attention will fall on Mosquera as he faces one of the toughest assignments in contemporary football. The menacing Kvaratskhelia lines up ahead of marauding left back Nuno Mendes, with the duo expected to constantly attack down the flank and pose serious questions for the natural centre-back deployed in an unfamiliar position.
