Raheem Sterling Escapes Second Home Break-In Unscathed as Police Hunt Down Burglars
Raheem Sterling is being backed by Chelsea and Thames Valley Police following confirmation that burglars have targeted his family residence for the second occasion.
The England winger, who made 82 appearances for his country between 2012 and 2022, was reportedly at his home with his family on Saturday evening when masked criminals attempted to force entry into his property.
Sterling and his relatives were not injured during the incident, which allegedly occurred around 6:30 p.m. Regrettably, this marks the second time the former Manchester City and Arsenal attacker has faced attempted break-ins at his residence.
A representative stated in a declaration, issued through The Telegraph: "We can verify that Raheem Sterling was targeted in a residential break-in over the weekend. We can also verify that he and his children were at home during the incident.
"While this represents an extreme breach of privacy and security, we are grateful to confirm that he and his family members are all unharmed. We request that the privacy of Raheem and his family be honored during this difficult period."

Thames Valley authorities have verified they are investigating, stating in a concise announcement: "Officers are carrying out a comprehensive investigation and request anyone with details, or if they witnessed anyone in the vicinity behaving suspiciously, to reach out to police."
Sterling's team, Chelsea, are informed about the situation and are offering assistance to the 30-year-old, his longtime partner and their four children—one from an earlier relationship.
Regarding his playing career, Sterling is currently excluded from Chelsea's first-team considerations. Left out of the Blues' 25-man Premier League roster, he hasn't appeared in any matches this season and seems unlikely to have a future at Stamford Bridge despite his contract extending until 2027.
Sterling was loaned to current Premier League table-toppers Arsenal last season, but failed to persuade manager Mikel Arteta to secure a permanent transfer from west London.
