Rasmus Højlund in Advanced Discussions to Leave Manchester United

Reports suggest that Napoli are making progress in discussions with Manchester United forward Rasmus Højlund regarding a potential summer move.

Højlund has reluctantly come to terms with his reduced status under Ruben Amorim, reversing his earlier public statements about wanting to remain at the club after Benjamin Šeško's arrival from RB Leipzig has left him battling just to secure a place in United's matchday roster.

While numerous clubs have expressed interest in a loan arrangement for Højlund, the Danish striker has been clear that any departure from United must be permanent, either through an immediate transfer or via a loan deal with a mandatory purchase clause for 2026.
