When Sidemen FC face the YouTube All Stars this Saturday, last year's penalty shootout hero Darren "IShowSpeed" Watkins Jr. will not be pulling on a red shirt.
The 2026 Sidemen Charity Match is poised to be the grandest edition of the annual star-studded event since it launched a decade ago. Content creators from around the world have gathered to compete in a spectacular game in front of more than 90,000 spectators at Wembley Stadium.
All proceeds from the fixture go toward charity, with Brightside and M7 Education as this year's beneficiaries. Viewers at home can also contribute to the causes as they enjoy what promises to be another wild 90 minutes of soccer featuring the internet's biggest personalities.
One high-profile name expected to be absent, however, is IShowSpeed, who sealed the winning penalty last year to deliver the YouTube All Stars their first-ever triumph over the Sidemen.

The Sidemen revealed both squads for Saturday's charity match, and IShowSpeed's name was nowhere to be found. His absence comes as little surprise to WWE fans.
The 21-year-old is set to compete on Night 1 of WrestleMania 42, teaming with Logan Paul and Austin Theory in a six-man tag-team match against The Usos and LA Knight.
WrestleMania is being held in Las Vegas and does not officially get underway until 6 p.m. ET (3 p.m. PT / 11 p.m. BST). In theory, IShowSpeed could make an appearance at Wembley and still return in time for his bout at Allegiant Stadium, but there has been little indication that any such plans are in place.
Paul, who also took part in last year's match, could join his new tag-team partner in what would be a surprise showing, but neither is officially listed on either roster.
