Tottenham Launch Last-Ditch Bid to Snatch Man City Star Savinho

Tottenham Hotspur are reportedly gearing up for one last attempt to secure Manchester City's Brazilian winger Savinho.
The North London club expressed their interest in Savinho earlier this month, aiming to finalize a transfer worth approximately £43 million ($58 million), however City indicated they would only consider substantially higher bids.
The ongoing negotiations have been further complicated by Saturday's Premier League clash between both teams, though Fabrizio Romano has disclosed that Spurs intend to restart their pursuit following the match's conclusion.
In what's being characterized as Tottenham's ultimate push, the club is ready to submit a €70 million (£60.6 million, $81.8 million) proposal in hopes of persuading City to part ways with Savinho during the transfer window's closing stages.

Prior to Saturday's match, where Savinho was ruled out due to injury concerns, Guardiola declined to provide any guarantees regarding the winger or other squad members linked with potential departures, though he acknowledged that "several developments are expected".
After Tottenham's initial bid earlier this month, City started investigating possible successors for the Brazilian and quickly identified his international colleague Rodrygo from Real Madrid, who represents a "dream acquisition" for Guardiola.
Real Madrid are believed to be willing to part with Rodrygo should he express a desire to leave the Santiago Bernabéu. While such discussions haven't occurred yet, this position might shift if City make their interest official in the upcoming days.
Rodrygo's transfer fee could reach €100 million (£86.6 million, $116.8 million), motivating City to maximize the financial return from any potential Savinho departure.
