Man Utd Star Hints at Possible Departure This Summer: "We'll See"

Manchester United goalkeeper André Onana has revealed uncertainty about his future at the club this summer.
Onana has been United's primary goalkeeper for the last two seasons after joining from Ajax for £47 million ($63.8 million) in summer 2023, following former boss Erik ten Hag. However, his inconsistent performances have raised significant doubts about his position at the club.
Reports suggest that current manager Ruben Amorim is considering recruiting a new goalkeeper during the summer transfer window, having become dissatisfied with Onana's series of notable errors.
While awaiting clarity on his situation, Onana has traveled back to Cameroon to support the Bertrand Traoré Foundation. During one of the foundation's events, the United goalkeeper was directly questioned about whether he would remain at Old Trafford beyond this summer.
"Will I leave?" Onana responded with a laugh. "I don't know, we'll see."

Onana's contract with United extends for another three years, and he has been connected with potential moves to Saudi Arabia, though ESPN recently reported that no concrete offers have been received yet.
The report further indicates that Onana believes he will continue as United's first-choice goalkeeper for the upcoming season, although it mentions that the Red Devils are monitoring Aston Villa goalkeeper Emiliano Martínez.
Bolavip claims that Martínez is "waiting" for an approach from United, who understand they must sell Onana before they can pursue the World Cup-winning goalkeeper.
United are expected to seek multiple new goalkeepers this summer. Second-choice keeper Altay Bayındır is likely to depart in pursuit of more playing time, while experienced backup Tom Heaton might leave when his contract expires at the end of the month.
