Gameweek 35 may well be remembered as a defining moment in the 2025–26 Premier League season.
At the summit of the table, Manchester City's dropped points against Everton have handed Arsenal the initiative in the title race, while Manchester United secured their place as the third club to qualify for next season's Champions League.
The drama wasn't confined to the top of the table, though. Tottenham Hotspur have pulled themselves out of the relegation zone and now sit above local rivals West Ham United, with just a single point between the two sides and three matches remaining. Buckle up.
Now that the dust has settled, here are the 10 standout performers of the week, as determined by FotMob's player ratings.
10. Anton Stach (Leeds United)

Rating: 8.4
Another gameweek, another impressive display from Leeds United midfielder Anton Stach.
Stach broke the deadlock in his team's 3–1 victory over Burnley with one of five shots — the most of any player in the match. He also topped the charts for chances created, setting up three opportunities for his teammates.
9. Mikkel Damsgaard (Brentford)

Rating: 8.4
Sooner or later, Mikkel Damsgaard's consistently brilliant displays for Brentford will start getting the recognition they deserve.
His precise finish to wrap up his side's 3–0 triumph over West Ham grabbed the attention, but this was yet another outstanding all-round showing from Damsgaard, who led the game in pass accuracy (90%) while also creating three chances and contributing eight times defensively.
8. Marcos Senesi (Bournemouth)

Rating: 8.4
It's no secret that whichever club picks up Marcos Senesi on a free transfer this summer will be getting one of the deals of the window.
Partnering the equally impressive James Hill in Bournemouth's defence, Senesi was dominant against Crystal Palace and earns the nod over his fellow defender after winning the penalty that led to the Cherries' second goal in a 3–0 victory.
7. Leandro Trossard (Arsenal)

Rating: 8.6
Arsenal showed a sharper, more clinical edge this weekend, with winger Leandro Trossard among those rising to the occasion amid the pressure of a title challenge.
Trossard was a constant menace to Fulham, completing a match-high six dribbles on his way to registering his 10th goal contribution of the season across all competitions.
6. Thierno Barry (Everton)

Rating: 8.6
If Arsenal go on to lift the title in the coming weeks, they might just want to send Thierno Barry a thank-you note.
Everton's inconsistent striker netted twice in a 3–3 draw with Manchester City — a result that could go down as the pivotal moment that shaped the entire season's outcome.
5. Bukayo Saka (Arsenal)

Rating: 8.7
Making his first league start in roughly six weeks following his recovery from an Achilles injury, Bukayo Saka wasted no time making his presence felt against Fulham on Saturday.
Given just 45 minutes, Saka maximised every second with a goal and an assist, and still ended the game as the top chance creator on the pitch with four opportunities made.
4. Dominik Szoboszlai (Liverpool)

Rating: 8.7
Used as an improvised centre-forward in Liverpool's 3–2 loss to Manchester United, Dominik Szoboszlai once again proved why he stands as the undisputed frontrunner for the club's Player of the Season honour.
A stunning individual goal and an unselfish assist for Cody Gakpo had Liverpool believing a comeback at Old Trafford was possible, but the Hungarian and his side ultimately fell short.
3. Taiwo Awoniyi (Nottingham Forest)

Rating: 8.9
Taiwo Awoniyi has made just two Premier League starts this season. The first came against Chelsea back in October, and he had to wait a long time before earning his second — again against the same opponents on Monday.
Clearly motivated to make a statement, Awoniyi tormented a Chelsea side that were effectively broken from the moment he struck after just two minutes. A second goal shortly after the interval put the emphatic result beyond any doubt.
2. Viktor Gyökeres (Arsenal)

Rating: 9.2
According to FotMob's ratings, this was Viktor Gyökeres's finest outing in an Arsenal shirt to date.
The Swedish forward converted two of his four shots into goals and chipped in with the assist for Saka's strike just before the break, delivering a masterclass in clinical finishing from Gyökeres.
1. Jérémy Doku (Man City)

Rating: 9.4
Topping the rankings this week is Manchester City winger Jérémy Doku — though that distinction will do little to ease the pain of what could prove to be a title-defining stumble for his club.
Doku got City on the board against Everton with a stunning curling effort and then levelled again in stoppage time, but even those two spectacular goals were not enough to rescue his side from dropping points.
